The law was put into act in 2010 allowing millions of Americans the ability to gain the much needed access to health insurance. the fact that health insurance is expensive and was out of the reach for millions, this program has advanced the availability and access to health insurance through private health insurance companies such as blue cross blue shield. With the changes in the laws the Affordable care has expanded over the years that now allow people who are employed and have access to employer benefits such as health insurance. with the new passage of the regulations those that find that they either qualify for free plans or reduced plans find that they put money back in their pockets each month.
